# Withdrawals

> Money leaves your main account by bank transfer or in USDC and USDT, confirmed with your password and a two-factor code, at no fee.

A withdrawal is paid from your **main account**. Move money back from a trading account first. The
page states what you can withdraw now: the main account's balance less what is already held for a
withdrawal under way.

Every withdrawal is confirmed with your **password** and a **code from your authenticator app**, a
passkey, or a recovery code. Two-factor authentication has to be on.

## By bank transfer

Enter the account the money is paid to: an IBAN, or an account number and bank. The account has
to be in your name: the team checks it before paying, and pays by bank transfer, by hand. Until
then the amount stays held on your main account. The request is listed with its state and, once
sent, the payment reference.

## In USDC or USDT

Choose a token and a network, and enter your address on it. Only that token on that network is
sent to the address: a token sent to an address on another network is lost.

| Network | Tokens |
| - | - |
| Arbitrum | USDC |
| Base | USDC |
| Ethereum | USDC, USDT |
| BNB Chain | USDT |
| Solana | USDC |
| Tron | USDT |

There is **no withdrawal fee**: Xblu pays the transfer, and you receive the amount you asked for.
It usually arrives in 10 to 15 minutes. A withdrawal above a cap, or on a route that is closed at
the moment, waits for the desk: once approved it is paid within 24 hours, and one not reviewed
within 24 hours is returned to your balance.

## States

| State | Meaning |
| - | - |
| Being confirmed | The request is written and the amount is being held |
| Being paid | The amount is held; the desk pays it or gives it back |
| Being reviewed | Above a cap or on a closed route; the desk decides, or 24 hours release it |
| Approved, being sent | On its way to the network |
| Sent to the network | Waiting for its confirmation |
| Paid | Settled, with the date and the reference or the transaction |
| Returned to your account | Given back, with the reason |
| Refused | Nothing was taken, and the page says why |

## The address book

With the address book on, withdrawals go only to the addresses in it. A new address is confirmed
from a link sent to your email, and can be used **24 hours** after you confirm it. Bank accounts
are kept the same way.

## Holds on withdrawals

* **After a change to your security**, withdrawals wait 24 hours: a password changed or reset,
an email change, two-factor turned on or removed, a passkey added, a recovery code used, the
address book turned off, or a freeze lifted.
* **Freeze withdrawals**, on the security page, stops every withdrawal and signs every device out
of your account, this one included. Positions and money stay where they are. To lift it: reset
your password, sign in, then lift it in the security settings; withdrawals then wait one more
  day.
* **A paper account** cannot be withdrawn from.
