1. What can I trade?

CFDs on the price of cryptocurrencies, currency pairs, shares, indices and commodities, from one account. The markets page of the app lists every instrument, with its spread and its maximum leverage. See Markets and hours.

2. Do I need a wallet, a token or a chain?

No. You deposit money by card or from a crypto wallet of yours, trade from your account, and withdraw by bank transfer or in USDC and USDT. There is no Xblu token and nothing to connect.

3. Why was my order refused?

A refused order takes nothing: no margin is held and nothing is executed. The usual reasons: the leverage is outside the instrument’s range, the free margin is short, the size is below the minimum, the spread is wider than the order allows around a market’s close, there is no fresh price for the instrument right now, or your account leverage changed since the ticket was priced. The ticket names the reason. See Placing orders.

4. How is the overnight swap calculated?

20% a year on the notional at the open price, for every night the position is held through 21:00 UTC, weekends included, long or short, not compounded. One night on 10,000 USD of notional is 5.56 USD. See Fees and spread.

5. When is a position liquidated?

When its price loss reaches the liquidation threshold of its margin: 84% up to 1:25, 70% from 1:60. The liquidation price is on the ticket, on the position and on the chart. On an account margined as a whole, positions are closed instead when the margin level falls to the stop-out level. See Liquidation.

6. How long does a withdrawal take?

In USDC or USDT, usually 10 to 15 minutes, or within 24 hours when the desk reviews it. By bank transfer, once the team has checked that the account is in your name. There is no withdrawal fee. See Withdrawals.

7. Why did my maximum leverage drop?

Each instrument carries its own cap, which applies on top of the leverage you set per class, and your answers at registration can cap it lower. See Leverage and margin.

8. Can I lose more than what is on my account?

No. A gap can take a position past its liquidation price, and the loss is booked at the first price past it; if that leaves the account below zero, the balance is reset to zero. See Negative balance protection.

9. Is my stop loss guaranteed?

No. On a gap, at a market’s reopening for instance, the position closes at the first price past the level. A stop loss placed beyond the liquidation price does not protect the position either: the liquidation fires first.

10. The market says “Closed”. Why?

Shares, indices, currency pairs and most commodities follow their exchange’s hours and the interbank week. Open positions stay open and keep paying the swap, and waiting orders keep waiting. Some of those instruments are quoted through the weekend from perpetual markets; the markets page says which are open now. See Markets and hours.

11. Why is the fee on my ticket a dash?

The commission is written once the ticket has priced the order. A dash means the figure is not known yet, or that the instrument charges none; a charge of nothing never reads as “0”.

12. Which is the minimum deposit?

The deposit page states the minimum and the maximum of each way of paying: per card deposit, and per crypto route. See Deposits.

13. I sent USDC.e. Where is it?

A bridged variant of USDC (USDC.e on Arbitrum or Polygon, USDbC on Base) is not read on the address and not credited: only native USDC is. Write to us from the account concerned, with the transaction, and say in the first line that money is involved.

14. What is a paper account?

An account with play money against the real prices. Nothing in it can be withdrawn, and nothing in it reaches a live account. See Accounts.

15. Where else can I get help?

The app’s help page, then a message from the account concerned, during market hours. If money is involved, say so in the first line.
